With any engine, the key to efficiency and performance is breathing. The Flow bench is a quick accurate way to analyse what you have and prove what we do.

Bottom curve is a standard 1500 Ford precrossflow head, middle line a customers under performing Big valve race head as delivered. And Top, a Throbnozzle Full race cylinder head with 3 angle seats and reworked porting/chambers.

16V BMW standard valves, before/after seat cutting and porting. A typical rework on existing valves yields an 8-12% average flow gain.

With cylinder head flow and internal geometry confirmed, we can model the engine and run a simulated Dyno.This enables us to trial alternative cam profiles and tune an engine package which works for your driving style in your car.
